As part of the anniversary event, the company’s leadership and employees first visited the monument of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the central square of Nakhchivan. They honored his memory and laid flowers at the monument. The team then visited the Victory Park, paying deep respect to the memory of the martyrs.
The ceremony began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, followed by a moment of silence honoring Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs.
Chairman of the Board, Teymur Rzayev, delivered a speech reviewing the company’s 30-year journey, emphasizing its significant contribution to economic development and local production in Nakhchivan and other regions. He stated that producing high-quality products, creating new jobs, and implementing social initiatives have always been among the company’s key priorities.
Rzayev highly valued the dedication of the employees and expressed confidence that the Ləzzət brand will continue to remain one of the region’s most trusted and respected names.
The Chairman of the Public Union of Martyrs’ Families of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Mayis Gulmammadov, praised Ləzzət Group as a socially responsible company, acknowledging its support for martyrs’ families and veterans.
Company founders Namiq Novruzov and Ishaq Yaycı emphasized that the company’s 30-year journey carries both economic and moral significance. They highlighted strong management, dedicated employees, and a culture of mutual trust as the basis of long-term success.
During the event, commemorative gifts were presented to the company founders on behalf of the Ləzzət team. As a symbol of the company’s loyalty to national values, special gifts were also presented to the leadership of the Public Union of Martyrs’ Families and the children of fallen heroes.
Employees who distinguished themselves with long and dedicated service were awarded plaques and certificates of appreciation.
The artistic segment of the ceremony featured performances by honored artists, musicians and dance groups, adding a special festive spirit to the event.
In his concluding remarks, Teymur Rzayev stressed that the participation of the children of martyrs was one of the most meaningful moments of the day, calling their presence a source of pride and responsibility for the entire Ləzzət family and society.
